Small town, family owned and run establishment. Worth the drive from Canada, if necessary. I asked the waitress what her favorite dish was. She asked, breakfast or lunch? Lunch. BLT STACKER!! She said it's just something about that sandwich I love. I tried it with the recommended chips. Maaaaannn, I tell you, I can't think of another sandwich I have enjoyed more than that one. The toast was perfect, the bacon was cooked to perfection, the tomatoes were sliced just the right thickness and the mayonnaise was just the right amount. My month's watering now just describing it for yall. They had lots of regulars in there. The service was top notch, friendly, fast and personable. She checked back on me several times and my glass never got close to empty. I saw what I think was the cook come out to hug one of the ladies that come in, the manager was cleaning tables, an elderly lady was rolling silverware and another guy just doing all kinds of stuff. I had to ask if it was family run because everyone seemed to care. It is and you can tell. I will be going back. BTW, breakfast is served al day.

Do you like home cook food? Genuine friendly service? Clean atmosphere? You really need to try this place. I will be going back when I’m in that area. Country Fried Steak was good, the gravy! The burger sliders did not need ketchup, the seasoning was great! The decor has a “at home” vibe. You’ll be glad you stopped!

The waitress we had, Adella if I am spelling her name right is the most sweet and attentive waitress. She is so helpful. I have even seen her help the elderly to stand and steady themselves after they are finished eating. She is so caring and she is good at serving people. Very polite and just amazing! The breakfast foods there are very good. Lunch foods I am not as happy with yet. I guess I just haven't found the right meal yet.
